Online application and background check integration

Ideally when we put candidates to Interviewing mode we would be able to initiate a formal job application as well as a consent to a background check.

    HI Maleea.

    Great suggestions.  We are currently working on updating our job application flow to include custom questions. We plan on adding a question type to load an attachment (which should solve the formal job application process questions) as well as a checkbox question type (which should address you asking for permission to run a background check)

    I've added you to the list of people to contact about participating in the custom questions beta as we make progress.

    Yes, we opened our careers site 2.0 beta a few weeks back, which was announced here.

    We're in the process of migrating customers to this new system and concurrently building the featuers listed there, including the ability to add custom file upload and checkbox questions.
