Manually update filled date

I would like the option to update the "filled date" when hiring out a candidate. Right now, the only way to update the time-to-fill metric is to update the requisition's open date, which doesn't make sense. I think you should be able to update a req's filled date to ensure that the req's "Day's Open" number is accurate.
