Email Template: Add Specific Users

Whenever a candidate is extended an offer and accepts a position, there are at least four internal users that need to know.  It would be great if email templates would allow adding specific users (or an option to group users and then add the group).  That way, when a candidate accepts an offer for employment, we can forward the candidate to the same specific users with the click of a button, thus alerting HR, Accounting, Training, and the job team all at once.  Thanks!
