Is it possible to explore the possibility of adding a digital and reputable Right to Work check integration?
For instance the onus under UK law is that all employers must verify a new employee has the right to work in the UK, by verifying their identification e.g. passport, birth certificate, visa's etc.
Manual checks are often not complied with by both hiring managers, and candidates forgetting their ID, so would be great to do this digitally during the onboarding/pre-employment process.
NB. I can see one provider of a background check service but not UK right to work checks.
