Track which languages candidates speak

When adding a candidate we should have the option to add what other languages they speak.

    Hi Danyel,

    Our other customers use tags for this (and they work great) - simply add a tag for "French" and another for "Swahili".  If you want to find a list of people with these language skills in the future, click on the tag.
