I am often recruiting on the go and noticed that while I can do most basic actions on the mobile version of the website, the "forward" icon does not show up which forces me to go into the Desktop Version in order to send my pre-screened candidates to my hiring managers. When will this be added?

Dan Arkind Hey Aimee,
We will be "retiring" the forward button soon in favor of something better. For now just add a note on mobile and check to send the note to your team... It does the same thing as forwarding the candidate!
Let us know if this doesn't work.
