Search feature to include information from job descriptions

It would be convenient to improve the search feature to be able to pull information from the job descriptions. When searching for a particular job that has been closed, if I don't have the Job ID, I won't be able to find it. But if we can search for information in the job description, like keywords or numbers, we could find it.
