Assign multiple candidates to an internal job posting

I'd like to assign multiple candidates at one time to an internal job positing. Instead, I have to go into each individual candidate and assign to the internal job, because the job isn't listed in the drop down once I have selected all candidates to chosen to assign all to one job.
