Ideally you want to "keep candidates warm" when recruiting - it would be cool if I could set up automations that trigger after a candidate has been in a workflow stage for a certain amount of time - so, for instance after 4 days in a stage it might send an email to the candidate letting them know we're still interested, or bother me to take action on them.
