Automation Action: Add Note

For JobScore to "send an email about a candidate to a co-worker" you currently need to add a note.  When creating automations that trigger on things like changing a workflow stage or scheduling an interview, it would be great if JobScore could automatically add a note with some information and forward it to one of my co-workers.
