Link to continue application form

We source a lot of candidates and add them to JobScore manually/by resume upload, and once they are active in the hiring process we still need the candidate to complete the required application form. Rather than send them to our careers page to start a new profile that we then merge/de-duplicate, is there a way we can send them a link tied to their profile in that req to complete any required application questions they haven't yet finished? or a way that if we send them that link to pick up where they left off, it auto-merges those because we're sending them that link directly from the profile we've already created? Thanks!
