From the Edit Google Account settings page, you can control whether:
- Users can log in using personal passwords.
- Users can send emails using their work email address by default (users can override this).
- Users can synchronize their candidate emails (if allowed, this can be turned on and off by individual users).
- To use a shared recruiting calendar.
- Calendar event invitations are automatically accepted or not.
- Users can include Google Meet links in calendar events.
