Add a field to the job template where a recruiter can add Custom Job Boards.

Not sure I understand this request.
At this time you can add custom job boards account-wide here: (add custom job boards)
Once you do this, you can create tracking links for your postings. Instructions for that are here: https://support.jobscore.com/hc/en-us/articles/202001270-How-do-I-create-tracking-links-for-my-job-postings-

I think I understand your request to create custom fields for job boards on jobs, I'm just confused as to why you would want to do that. Does what's above solve your problem?
